Description

  • Drive AI solutions business growth across APAC and close new enterprise deals.
  • Identify client pain points and position CoverGo AI agents as solutions.
  • Collaborate with product and delivery teams to shape the AI product roadmap based on market needs.
  • Represent CoverGo as a thought leader through media engagements, conferences, and industry forums.
  • Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline of AI opportunities.
  • Lead and develop an AI sales team in the region.
  • Grow relationships with senior leaders at target insurance prospects and existing clients to create new, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Develop partner relationships with consulting firms, channel partners, system integrators, and reinsurance companies to generate indirect sales leads.
  • Manage the sales process using the company’s methodology and provide accurate forecasting.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics in the APAC insurance and AI landscape.

Requirements

  • Extensive network of decision-makers in the APAC insurance industry.
  • Leadership experience at Director or C-level in the insurance industry.
  • Insurance consulting experience is a strong plus.
  • Experience driving AI initiatives within the insurance sector.
  • Proven track record in enterprise sales and revenue growth.
  • Strong domain knowledge of the insurance value chain, pain points, and APAC insurance market.
  • Excellent English communication skills; Japanese or Cantonese is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote-first, international organization.
  • Good understanding of enterprise technology sales, SaaS, insurtech, insurance systems architecture, and cloud-based technologies.
  • Based in Singapore, Hong Kong, or Tokyo and willing to travel across APAC as needed.
