Description

  • Own the operational health of acquisition workflows across the funnel, from capture through CRM, follow-up, and measurement.
  • Build and maintain integrations and automations between CRM, forms and scheduling tools, paid media platforms, and reporting pipelines.
  • Identify manual processes and replace them with scalable automations and clearer operating workflows.
  • Own acquisition-facing Salesforce configuration and administration, including fields, lifecycle consistency, routing logic, attribution inputs, validation rules, and workflow automations.
  • Ensure CRM data created through acquisition systems is accurate, structured, and usable for reporting and optimization.
  • Partner with Technology and Product teams on platform-level changes while managing day-to-day configuration, QA, and maintenance for acquisition workflows.
  • Partner with technology teams to launch conversion initiatives such as lead scoring and lead routing.
  • Build and maintain adtech systems including audience creation and value-based bidding logic.
  • Improve dashboard reliability and usability by ensuring upstream systems produce consistent data inputs.
  • Support marketing-to-reporting data flows, measurement signals, campaign taxonomy, conversion definitions, and validation checks.
  • Implement automated monitoring and alerting for critical workflows and help establish QA discipline, documentation, and change control.
  • Use AI tools and agent-based workflows to accelerate design, documentation, debugging, and iteration on acquisition systems.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in acquisition operations, marketing operations, growth operations, marketing technology, adtech, CRM operations, or analytics enablement.
  • Hands-on experience building and maintaining integrations and automations across marketing and sales systems using no-code, low-code, and/or light scripting approaches.
  • Experience with paid media platforms such as Meta and Google.
  • High comfort with Salesforce, especially in areas related to automation and data integrity such as attribution fields, contact and opportunity objects, validation rules, and automations.
  • Comfort using automation tools similar to Zapier.
  • Experience supporting BI and reporting environments such as Power BI or equivalent through strong upstream data ownership.
  • Bonus: comfort with light AI-based coding.
  • Availability to work standard business hours Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with occasional early or late hours as needed.
  • Ability to work in a professional office environment or a dedicated interruption-free home office workspace.
  • Basic technology needs are required and will be provided to meet the position’s requirements.

  • Base salary range of $106,250 to $125,000 USD.
