Description

  • Manage an established portfolio of publishers with a focus on retention and growth.
  • Onboard new accounts, build trust, and develop long-term partnerships.
  • Proactively identify churn risks and implement solutions to support ongoing success.
  • Advocate for publisher needs, including feature requests, data requests, reporting, and tools.
  • Use cohort data, trend analysis, and projections to provide tailored recommendations.
  • Deliver periodic business reviews and performance reports.
  • Maintain consistent, personalized communication with publishers.
  • Monitor client social accounts to recognize publisher milestones and successes.
  • Collaborate with Support Specialists and Engineers to resolve day-to-day issues.
  • Surface trends across accounts and escalate key information when necessary.
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of Mediavine’s products and services to recommend relevant features.
  • Track and analyze performance results to identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success or a related field.
  • Experience in a publisher-facing role with a focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Experience working remotely in a distributed team environment.
  • Strong proficiency with Google Suite.
  • Experience with communication platforms like Slack.
  • Experience working with a CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills to tailor recommendations effectively.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to teamwork.
  • Ability to present data persuasively and make informed recommendations.
  • Availability to travel for team retreats and annual all-hands events approximately 20% of the time.
  • Mediavine experience preferred.
