Description

  • Manage up to 7 concurrent Shopify and eCommerce projects, including builds, CRO initiatives, SEO retainers, and ongoing support engagements.
  • Maintain project timelines, budgets, documentation, delivery quality, and defined scope expectations.
  • Manage Asana boards, project schedules, risk logs, and change requests.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between development, design, SEO, and email teams.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Provide proactive client communication and updates through Loom, email, and meetings.
  • Lead recurring review calls and roadmap discussions with clients.
  • Allocate tasks across designers and developers and facilitate weekly delivery meetings and project reviews.
  • Conduct QA reviews, enforce agency standards, and escalate risks or blockers to leadership.
  • Help improve SOPs, workflows, internal documentation, and reporting structures.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in project management, account management, digital agency operations, or Shopify/eCommerce environments.
  • Strong understanding of Shopify ecosystems and website delivery workflows.
  • Experience managing multiple client projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience using project management platforms such as Asana.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
  • Experience working with CRO, SEO, and email marketing teams is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Shopify design and development workflows is preferred.
  • Experience managing distributed or international teams is preferred.
  • Knowledge of agile delivery processes is preferred.
  • Strong QA and process management mindset is preferred.
  • Experience with Slack, Notion, Figma, Loom, Shopify, and AI productivity tools such as Claude is highly preferred.
  • Core working hours of 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM CET, with occasional flexibility for urgent client communication.
