Description

  • Analyze the Czech and Slovak markets to identify growth opportunities and develop market entry strategies.
  • Acquire new customers and build long-term relationships with key accounts and partners.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, negotiations, contract closure, and account follow-up.
  • Monitor and optimize product performance across point-of-sale and digital channels.
  • Plan and execute marketing, promotional, and merchandising activities.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
  • Oversee existing product positioning and create new business opportunities.
  • Work independently in a fast-paced environment to support regional sales growth.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable commercial background.
  • 3–5 years of proven success in Key Account Management or Business Development.
  • Experience in payment, prepaid, retail, or digital business models is a strong advantage.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking with a clear focus on revenue growth and opportunity identification.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals and building long-term partnerships.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, highly independent, and motivated by a strong hunter mentality.
  • Fluent in English, Czech, and Slovak; German is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel across Czechia and Slovakia.
