Description

  • Build and maintain relationships with Salesforce stakeholders including Account Executives, Sales Associates, Industry Specialists, and Regional Partner Managers.
  • Maintain regular communication and visibility with Salesforce contacts and support joint account engagement.
  • Identify and track co-sell opportunities and partner-influenced deals.
  • Assist with account mapping and coordinate introductions between Salesforce sellers and Kompetenza teams.
  • Support joint opportunity tracking and ensure partner opportunities are followed up quickly.
  • Promote Kompetenza solutions (EOR Cloud, EOR Recruit, Corporate Services Cloud, Business-Ready Salesforce) to Salesforce sellers and partners.
  • Deliver short enablement sessions and share case studies and use cases to drive partner engagement.
  • Work closely with internal sales and delivery teams to progress partner-sourced opportunities.
  • Maintain CRM tracking of partner activity and pipeline to ensure accurate partner reporting.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in SaaS sales or account management.
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce sales cycle and how Salesforce Account Executives operate.
  • Experience selling Salesforce solutions or working within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Commercial mindset with a relationship-driven approach to business development.
  • Interest in transitioning from direct selling into partner and channel management.
  • Highly preferred: experience working at Salesforce (Sales/BDR/AE/AM).
  • Highly preferred: experience at a Salesforce partner consultancy.
  • Highly preferred: experience with Experience Cloud or vertical Salesforce solutions.
