Description

  • Manage the end-to-end execution of Commercial/SMB customer renewals and ensure timely contract completion.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customer stakeholders throughout the renewal cycle.
  • Partner with Customer Success, Sales, Finance, Legal, and other internal teams to support renewal execution and identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor renewal activity, identify risks to renewal success, and escalate concerns to support retention efforts.
  • Maintain accurate renewal forecasts, pipeline tracking, and CRM hygiene.
  • Follow established renewal processes and contribute ideas to improve efficiency, scalability, and customer experience.
  • Support renewal discussions and pricing conversations within established guidelines.
  • Act as a customer advocate by communicating customer needs and feedback across internal teams.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in renewals, account management, customer success, sales support, or another customer-facing role.
  • Experience preferably within enterprise software or SaaS.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to identify customer challenges, think critically, and collaborate on solutions.
  • Comfort using customer data, reporting, and CRM systems to manage renewals and identify risks or opportunities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce and Gainsight preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience working in SaaS, subscription-based businesses, or customer lifecycle management environments preferred.
  • Fluent French or German, written and spoken, is a nice-to-have.

  • Base salary range of €62,400 to €93,600 EUR.
  • Annual cash bonus plan may be included.
  • Variable compensation (OTE) for sales and customer success roles may be included.
  • Equity may be included in the total compensation package.

  • Up to 10% travel for onboarding, client or partner work, team meetings, and industry events, coordinated in advance.
