Description

  • Drive revenue growth and market development through direct sales to oncologists.
  • Create and execute a strategic business plan to accelerate revenue growth in the assigned geography.
  • Prospect for new business and maintain key customer relationships within the territory.
  • Cultivate relationships with oncologists and members of the extended cancer care community.
  • Assess the needs of medical professionals and staff through consultative selling and problem solving.
  • Coordinate logistics and manage the sales process with urgency to close business.
  • Work independently in a field-based role while collaborating with internal teams and leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated successful sales track record with consistent success at or above goal over multiple quarters or years.
  • Recognition such as President's Club, Chairman's Club, or Rookie of the Year is preferred.
  • Experience selling to medical providers.
  • Experience selling medical diagnostics, medical devices, or surgical devices.
  • Must live within the defined territory and be centrally located to assigned accounts.
  • Commitment to travel within the defined territory.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to internal and external customers.
  • Strong time management, prioritization, interpersonal, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Strong desire to work in a startup environment and ability to work independently with self-motivation.
  • PA, NP, or RN candidates with experience ordering late-stage cancer liquid biopsy tests will also be considered.

  • Total compensation of $241,946 to $311,536 per year at plan, including a base salary of $168,346 to $184,186.
