Description

  • Manage the full sales cycle for a Northwest territory, from prospecting and pipeline development through contract negotiation and close.
  • Build trusted relationships with law enforcement, emergency communications, and other government leaders.
  • Conduct customer meetings to understand operational challenges, strategic priorities, and procurement needs.
  • Lead product demonstrations that connect platform capabilities to agency goals and modernization initiatives.
  • Develop and execute territory plans to identify new opportunities and expand existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with Business Development Representatives to prioritize outreach and convert qualified opportunities into sales pursuits.
  • Work cross-functionally with Business Development, Customer Success, Product, Implementation, Engineering, and Operational Support teams.
  • Prepare proposals, respond to procurement requirements, and advance opportunities through the sales process.
  • Maintain accurate opportunity, activity, and forecasting data in Salesforce.
  • Evaluate sales processes, tools, and territory strategies to identify areas for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience.
  • Experience managing complex, consultative sales cycles.
  • Ability to navigate multiple stakeholders and build executive-level relationships.
  • Ability to drive opportunities from initial engagement through contract execution.
  • Experience selling enterprise SaaS solutions to government agencies, public sector organizations, or highly regulated industries preferred.
  • Strong understanding of solution-based and value-based selling methodologies.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding quota attainment goals.
  • Experience managing a geographic territory and building relationships with senior decision-makers.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with public safety, law enforcement, emergency communications, or government technology markets is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the country where the role is hired; no visa sponsorship available at this time.
  • Must be able to work remotely from an approved hiring state in the U.S., Canada, or the UK, with regular travel required within the Northwest region.
