Description

  • Identify, attract, and recruit strategic system integrators, distributors, and IT consulting partners aligned with Make’s go-to-market strategy.
  • Onboard and enable partners through training, skilling, and certification programs so they can sell and implement Make solutions effectively.
  • Collaborate with partners and internal sales teams to generate joint business opportunities and increase partner-sourced revenue.
  • Execute partner incentives and Marketing Development Funds (MDF) to support deal acceleration and demand generation.
  • Lead partner go-to-market activities such as targeted outreach campaigns, webinars, and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Define success metrics, track partner performance, and refine partner engagement strategies based on results.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align partner initiatives with broader growth objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in partner management, channel development, sales, business development, consulting, or similar customer-facing roles within a B2B SaaS company.
  • Proven experience recruiting, onboarding, and scaling partnerships with system integrators, distributors, or consulting firms.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive partner-sourced revenue through partner programs and relationships.
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies, co-selling dynamics, and partner enablement; experience in iPaaS, automation, or similar tech categories is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market dynamics, partner needs, and organizational priorities while staying focused on strategic goals.
  • Self-starter with a data-driven, results-oriented approach who can manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
