Description

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of four Account Managers across the LATAM region.
  • Drive the team to exceed revenue targets and maintain consistent quarterly linearity.
  • Manage and grow the channel program in the region to improve quota attainment and market penetration.
  • Execute the company’s go-to-market strategy across the full portfolio of enterprise-grade digital forensics products.
  • Identify, progress, and close strategic opportunities, including selling higher within accounts.
  • Grow multi-product customer accounts, increase average deal size, acquire new logos, and displace competitive solutions.
  • Deliver accurate weekly sales forecasts and ad hoc updates to support revenue predictability.
  • Partner with Renewals, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, and Rev Ops to align cross-functional strategies.
  • Use sales tools and available resources to manage pipeline, track performance, and improve team productivity.
  • Ensure best practices in pipeline management, opportunity progression, and customer relationship development.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in law enforcement software sales or technology solutions.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience managing, coaching, and developing a team of Account Managers.
  • Strong background selling to public safety, law enforcement, or government sectors in the LATAM market.
  • Experience with digital forensics or cybersecurity solutions is a plus.
  • Demonstrated success executing go-to-market strategies, growing multi-product accounts, increasing deal sizes, and displacing competitors.
  • Exceptional presentation, coaching, and consultative selling skills, with the ability to engage senior-level stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Clari, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and SalesLoft.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to produce accurate forecasts and interpret sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with proficiency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 50% to 75% of the time across the LATAM region.
