Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of existing customers.
  • Drive account expansion through upselling, cross-selling, and renewal strategies.
  • Understand customer business goals, challenges, and product usage to deliver ongoing value.
  • Partner with Customer Success, Professional Services, and Product teams to support customer outcomes.
  • Identify at-risk accounts early and coordinate retention strategies.
  • Conduct regular account reviews and success check-ins.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  • Stay informed on product updates, roadmap, and new capabilities to share with customers.
  • Travel for customer meetings or QBRs as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or expansion-focused SaaS sales.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow a portfolio of existing B2B customer accounts.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with executive stakeholders.
  • Proactive, customer-centric approach to retention and growth.
  • Skilled in consultative selling and identifying customer needs.
  • Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Salesforce or other CRM systems.
  • Experience in information management, document/content management, or enterprise SaaS is preferred.
  • Familiarity with expansion sales strategies and frameworks such as SPICED or land-and-expand is preferred.
  • Experience managing mid-market or enterprise customer relationships is preferred.
  • Background in Energy, Utilities, Financial Services, or Professional Services is preferred.
