Description

  • Own GTM analytics, reporting, and business insights across the funnel, including performance, risk, and opportunity visibility.
  • Lead forecasting, capacity planning, pipeline health, and performance management in partnership with Finance.
  • Build and maintain executive-level dashboards and models that support decision-making and define GTM metrics.
  • Own and optimize the GTM tech stack, including Salesforce and adjacent revenue tools and AI-enabled systems.
  • Evaluate, implement, and integrate new systems and AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency and execution.
  • Ensure clean data architecture, strong adoption, and scalable infrastructure across GTM teams.
  • Develop processes, documentation, and training to support consistent execution across Sales, Marketing, and Merchant Success.
  • Strengthen onboarding, tool adoption, and ongoing enablement for GTM teams as the company scales.
  • Define, monitor, and improve SLAs across the merchant journey from pre-sale through post-sale.
  • Lead and develop the Revenue Operations team and create a clear RevOps roadmap aligned to cross-functional priorities.

Requirements

  • 12 to 15 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations.
  • Director-level leadership experience with direct people management responsibility.
  • Experience scaling a B2B SaaS business through the $50M to $100M+ ARR range.
  • Deep expertise in analytics, reporting, and modeling, including forecasting, capacity planning, pipeline analysis, and unit economics.
  • Strong data visualization skills and experience with modern analytics tools.
  • Experience owning and optimizing CRM and GTM systems, with Salesforce experience strongly preferred.
  • Comfort working with technical tools and platforms, and interest in applying AI to improve team operations.
  • Track record of close partnership with Finance and GTM leadership.
  • High ownership mindset with disciplined prioritization and decision-making across competing demands.
  • Experience operating in fast-moving, resource-conscious environments.
  • Strong executive communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Must be located in the United States for this position.
