Description

  • Develop and maintain GTM playbooks, including discovery frameworks, competitive talk tracks, objection handling, retention motions, and expansion motions.
  • Build and maintain GTM assets such as decks, one-pagers, pricing proposals, case studies, and ROI calculators.
  • Partner with revenue leaders to identify performance gaps and create targeted enablement programs to address them.
  • Work with Product Marketing to turn product launches into training sessions, demo flows, battlecards, and rollout plans.
  • Design onboarding programs that ramp new GTM hires quickly and consistently with clear milestones and measurable outcomes.
  • Track and report on enablement impact using metrics such as ramp time, win rates, adoption, retention, expansion, and certification completion.
  • Serve as a cross-functional connector to keep messaging, processes, and execution aligned across product and revenue teams as the business evolves.
  • Translate product strategy and company priorities into repeatable training, systems, and tools that improve revenue performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in GTM enablement, sales enablement, revenue operations, or product marketing within a B2B SaaS company.
  • Proven experience implementing AI-enabled programs and content creation.
  • Experience supporting a multi-product portfolio in domestic and international markets.
  • Multiple examples of building enablement programs that improved measurable GTM outcomes such as faster ramp, higher win rates, or better adoption.
  • Experience partnering closely with Sales, Success, Marketing, and Product to turn product strategy into GTM execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify performance gaps, diagnose root causes, and design structured programs to solve them.
  • Comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where priorities shift as the business scales.
  • Experience in ecommerce, Shopify, or multi-product SaaS platforms is a bonus.
  • Previous sales or customer success experience is a bonus.
  • Experience building enablement hubs or workflows in tools like Notion and Workramp, and enabling teams in Salesforce, Hubspot, and Gong.
