Description

  • Coach and mentor the sales development team to secure high-quality meetings with senior executives and achieve or exceed KPIs.
  • Establish sales development strategies that scale as the team grows.
  • Partner on go-to-market strategy across email, phone, and social outreach.
  • Develop and maintain training materials to improve team performance.
  • Track and analyze key trends to support data-driven decisions and recommendations.
  • Plan and execute professional development programming for current and future sales development and account executive roles.
  • Assist with identifying, attracting, and managing sales talent.

  • Experience leading, training, coaching, and developing sales teams.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and a creative approach to top-of-funnel growth.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to make decisions.
  • Ability to motivate team members and inspire ambitious performance.
  • Passion for sales development and helping others succeed.
  • Experience building scalable sales processes or strategies (preferred).
  • Experience working with or supporting go-to-market messaging across email, phone, and social channels (preferred).
  • Experience attracting, recruiting, or managing talent (preferred).
