Description

  • Own AMER regional and segment-specific sales enablement priorities in partnership with Sales leadership and frontline managers.
  • Assess business priorities, skill gaps, and execution challenges using sales data, field observations, and leader feedback.
  • Create targeted enablement plans that improve seller productivity, pipeline quality, opportunity progression, and sales consistency.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to AMER Sales leaders by prioritizing requests and aligning enablement work to measurable business impact.
  • Bring AMER field insights back to GTM Enablement, Product Marketing, RevOps, and Sales leadership to inform broader strategy.
  • Build and deliver field-centric programs such as workshops, simulations, manager toolkits, deal inspections, role plays, and reinforcement plans.
  • Adapt existing global and regional enablement programs for AMER priorities, segment differences, and operating rhythms.
  • Partner with the EMEA enablement lead to share learnings and adapt successful programs for AMER audiences.
  • Co-create and co-deliver enablement with top-performing AEs, sales managers, and regional SMEs grounded in real customer conversations.
  • Reinforce Command of the Message and MEDDPICC through onboarding support, manager coaching, and operating rhythm integration.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in GTM enablement, sales leadership, sales operations, or a closely related role within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
  • 2+ years of prior quota-carrying experience or an equivalent deal-facing role.
  • Experience enabling sellers in complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Command of the Message experience is required.
  • MEDDPICC experience is required.
  • Excellent facilitation skills with the ability to run engaging sessions and drive participation and behavior change.
  • Strong cross-functional influence skills with the ability to align stakeholders on priorities and tradeoffs.
  • Data-informed and field-oriented approach to diagnosing gaps and building practical programs.
  • Comfort working in fast-moving, high-growth environments where priorities shift quickly.
  • Willingness and ability to travel within AMER for onboarding, workshops, QBRs, kickoffs, and other key field moments, approximately 10–20% annually.
