Description

  • Lead, coach, and inspire the sales team to achieve and exceed targets across the mid-market and corporate sectors.
  • Drive a high-performance prospecting and acquisition strategy to support sustainable growth in the Western US.
  • Collaborate with the Branch Manager, Practice Directors, and services teams to align sales efforts with solution offerings and client needs.
  • Oversee accurate and timely CRM sales reporting and forecasting and use analytics to guide strategy.
  • Cultivate and expand strategic partnerships with industry leaders such as Microsoft, Databricks, and Cisco.
  • Work with internal marketing, external partners, and practice leads to design and execute lead generation campaigns, marketing initiatives, and industry events.
  • Lead weekly account reviews and coaching sessions to help account managers build client relationships and close complex deals.
  • Articulate the business value of AI assets and advanced technology solutions to clients and enable the sales team to sell them effectively.
  • Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive dynamics to refine sales strategy and capture new opportunities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in a sales leadership position.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Experience driving business outcomes with customers.
  • Proven success building relationships with partners to drive net-new business acquisition.
  • Ability to articulate the value of AI assets to clients.
  • Experience working with emerging technologies and advanced technology solutions is preferred.
  • Experience in the Western US market is preferred.
  • Strong ability to lead, coach, and influence sales teams is preferred.

  • $150,560 - $197,610 annual salary plus variable earnings.
