Description

  • Build and lead the RevOps function across SalesOps, MarketingOps, and Business Analysis, with direct impact on business performance.
  • Establish a scalable go-to-market operating model and operating cadence in partnership with founders, GTM leadership, and operations.
  • Create a clean, integrated, and scalable GTM systems landscape to support execution across the revenue lifecycle.
  • Turn funnel, forecast, retention, and growth data into actionable insights that improve decision-making across the business.
  • Increase consistency and rigor in commercial policy, pricing governance, and deal processes.
  • Align Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Data, and Finance around shared metrics, processes, and execution standards.
  • Improve GTM processes, systems, governance, and operating cadence in a scaling environment.
  • Support or own cross-functional commercial operations work spanning forecasting, deal desk, lifecycle reporting, and retention/expansion analytics.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations in a B2B SaaS or infrastructure software environment.
  • Strong track record in a high-growth company, ideally VC-backed Series B-D and/or PE-backed.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a builder environment, balancing immediate business needs with longer-term infrastructure and process design.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills across senior leadership, highly technical teams, and quota-carrying commercial teams.
  • Strong expertise in HubSpot or a similar CRM, including workflow architecture, custom objects, process design, and systems integrations.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve GTM processes, systems, governance, and operating cadence in a scaling environment.
  • Experience building and scaling a RevOps function through a period of rapid growth is preferred.
  • Comfort with automation, AI tools, SQL, and BI/data visualization tools is preferred.
  • Familiarity with enterprise sales motions combined with PLG is preferred.
  • Experience designing, implementing, or administering commission plans and processes is preferred.
