Description

  • Support post-sales strategy for SMB account management and top company priorities.
  • Improve sales productivity and refine operational processes for SMB restaurants.
  • Create structured processes that influence centralized sales metrics.
  • Drive reporting cadences, pipeline tracking, and end-to-end operational execution using data-driven insights.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams across sales, partner management, operations, product, and analytics to scale merchant growth.
  • Help optimize go-to-market processes across products and initiatives for sales teams.
  • Advocate for and apply AI tooling to improve team efficiency.
  • Own initiatives that help evolve the Account Management team’s operating model.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to retain, optimize, and grow SMBs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in operations, technology, banking, analytics, or related fields.
  • Track record of leading initiatives and achieving goals.
  • Strong cross-functional business experience.
  • Project management and communication skills.
  • Comfort working with large data sets and modeling in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Proficiency in SQL.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Sigma or Tableau.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Willingness to roll up sleeves and flex up or down as needed.
  • Experience with AI tooling is preferred or strongly aligned with the role’s focus.
