Description

  • Partner with the CTO and EPD leadership to translate the AI-native operating model into people decisions and workforce plans.
  • Design role frameworks, career development approaches, and org structures for evolving AI-native teams.
  • Lead change management for employees experiencing significant role and organizational shifts.
  • Advise on structural decisions from pilot programs and turn findings into org-wide playbooks.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition on hiring profiles aligned to AI-native expectations.
  • Document people practices, org design decisions, and lessons learned into reusable frameworks for the broader People team.
  • Define and own measurement frameworks for transition success, including attrition, ramp time, internal mobility, manager effectiveness, and adoption metrics.
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of HRBPs supporting non-EPD functions across the company.
  • Prepare the HRBP team to apply AI transformation playbooks as other functions transition.
  • Partner with People leadership to adapt core programs such as performance, compensation, career ladders, internal mobility, and engagement to the AI-native model.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years as a strategic HRBP embedded in a technical organization.
  • Experience leading people strategy through significant organizational transformation.
  • Working knowledge of AI tools and how they are changing technical work.
  • Org design experience, including making structural decisions and understanding spans of control and role architecture.
  • Experience modeling workforce composition trade-offs and partnering on compensation and incentive design.
  • Experience managing and developing a team of HRBPs or HR professionals.
  • Strong track record of advising C-suite and VP-level leaders on complex people and organizational decisions.
  • Comfort working in uncertainty with an incomplete playbook.
  • Data literacy, including the ability to build workforce planning models and attrition analyses.
  • Ability to travel 25-30% of the time.
  • Experience at a company that has gone through a significant technology-driven organizational transformation, preferred.
  • Background supporting Engineering organizations specifically, preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI-native or highly automated operating models, preferred.
  • Experience building or evolving job architecture and career ladders in a fast-changing environment, preferred.
  • Experience creating and operationalizing people playbooks adopted across a broader team or organization, preferred.
