Description

  • Design and maintain automated workflows for prospecting, lead enrichment, lead scoring, routing, and follow-up sequences.
  • Build and optimize integrations across the GTM tech stack, including HubSpot, sales engagement platforms, Clay, ZoomInfo, and analytics tools.
  • Develop AI-powered workflows for account research, contact enrichment, intent signals, pre-call briefs, and other revenue use cases.
  • Own data hygiene, including deduplication logic, field validation, enrichment pipelines, and CRM integrity.
  • Build real-time dashboards and reporting infrastructure for pipeline visibility, CAC, LTV, and funnel analytics.
  • Partner with RevOps to instrument and improve revenue forecasting models.
  • Identify revenue bottlenecks through data and implement systems to remove them.
  • Evaluate new GTM technologies and recommend tools, platforms, and AI capabilities.
  • Experiment with LLM-based workflows such as outreach personalization, call note summarization, and CRM updates.
  • Translate business requirements from sales leadership into technical systems and support cross-functional adoption through tools, documentation, and training.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and/or JavaScript for data manipulation, API integrations, and workflow scripting.
  • Hands-on experience building API integrations and webhooks, including custom connectors.
  • Familiarity with no-code or low-code automation platforms such as Make, n8n, Zapier, or Workato.
  • Experience with data enrichment and GTM tools such as Clay, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Clearbit, or similar.
  • CRM fluency, with HubSpot preferred and understanding of the CRM object model.
  • Exposure to B2B SaaS or professional services GTM motions, including pipeline stages, ICP modeling, lead scoring, and multi-touch attribution.
  • Understanding of the full funnel from awareness through closed-won and renewal.
  • Demonstrated comfort with LLMs and AI tooling, including building something with an AI API.
  • Experience prompting, evaluating, and orchestrating AI agents for business workflows.
  • Entrepreneurial, collaborative mindset with comfort in ambiguity, working in public, and shipping a working v1 quickly.
