Description

  • Perform a high volume of outbound calls to prospective law firms.
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the Business Development team.
  • Build relationships with prospects through social media platforms including LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and Twitter.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly key performance indicators.
  • Exceed team goals to support overall sales success.
  • Engage prospects in conversations about LEAP’s solutions and value proposition.
  • Create strong first-meeting opportunities through creative outreach and follow-up.

Requirements

  • Experience with CRM systems, including Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook calendaring.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Self-discipline, high emotional intelligence, velocity, and endurance.
  • A relentlessly competitive mindset.
  • Experience or exposure to the professional services sector, such as legal, financial, or medical.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain a steady mindset.
