Description

  • Hire, train, coach, and lead front-line leaders and account executives covering $500M+ revenue territories.
  • Drive land-and-expand growth across a portfolio of key strategic enterprise accounts.
  • Partner with account executives on complex deals, customer negotiations, and internal approval processes.
  • Collaborate with customer success, onboarding, marketing, product, ops, enablement, partnerships, and sales leadership on upmarket strategy and execution.
  • Coordinate resources across prospecting and sales cycles to build pipeline through partnerships and business development.
  • Deliver presentations to C-level executives and other executive sponsors in both in-person and virtual settings.
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce hygiene and opportunity forecasting.
  • Provide senior sales leadership with timely forecasts, field updates, and insights on trends and challenges.
  • Set team goals, hold direct reports accountable to KPIs, and run regular 1:1s and team meetings.
  • Assess and introduce new tools and processes, and manage change within the team workflow.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of sales management experience, including at least 3+ years managing an enterprise or named account team.
  • 2+ years of experience leading front-line sales managers.
  • Experience at a hyper-growth SaaS company preferred; MarTech experience is a plus.
  • Proven track record of landing and expanding large enterprise and/or named accounts while exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience managing complex sales opportunities involving legal modifications, RFPs, ROI reports, security assessments, and workback plans.
  • Strong coaching and leadership skills.
  • Ability to conduct effective one-on-one meetings, team gatherings, and consistent team communications.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS and sales economics.
  • Familiarity with MEDDICC or similar sales methodologies.
  • Experience using AI tools to accelerate exploration and shorten iteration cycles.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, occasionally stressful environment.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $184,000 to $276,000 USD.
  • Eligibility for annual cash bonus participation.
  • Variable compensation (OTE) for sales and customer success roles.
  • Equity and sign-on payments may be included in total compensation.

  • Up to 10% travel, coordinated in advance.
