Description

  • Own and drive revenue performance for the biopharma vertical to meet and exceed growth targets.
  • Lead, coach, and scale a team of Account Executives while building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand adoption of JoVE’s research video library across pharmaceutical and biotech organizations.
  • Monitor pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and deal progression across complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure team performance and implement corrective actions when risks arise.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and buyer motivations to improve go-to-market strategy and accelerate growth.
  • Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to align messaging and support renewals and expansion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 10+ years of progressive sales experience.
  • 5+ years leading sales teams in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or healthcare sectors.
  • Demonstrated success driving revenue growth in high-growth sales environments.
  • Strong experience managing long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder buying processes.
  • Data-driven, strategic mindset with a hands-on leadership approach.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
