Description

  • Hire, train, coach, and lead front-line sales leaders and account executives.
  • Drive land-and-expand strategy across a portfolio of key strategic enterprise accounts.
  • Partner with account executives on complex deals, negotiations, and internal approvals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with customer success, onboarding, marketing, product, operations, enablement, and partnerships.
  • Coordinate resources across prospecting and sales cycles to build pipeline through partnerships and business development.
  • Deliver presentations to executive-level buyers in both in-person and virtual settings.
  • Maintain Salesforce hygiene and provide accurate opportunity forecasts.
  • Identify trends, challenges, and opportunities and help refine enterprise sales playbooks.
  • Build a high-performing team culture focused on engagement, collaboration, and satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, set quantitative and qualitative goals, and manage team performance and development.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of sales management experience, including at least 3+ years managing an enterprise or named account team.
  • 2+ years of experience leading front-line sales managers.
  • Proven track record of landing and expanding large enterprise and/or named accounts.
  • Experience managing complex sales opportunities involving legal modifications, RFPs, ROI reports, security assessments, and workback plans.
  • Experience at a hyper-growth SaaS company preferred; MarTech experience is a plus.
  • Strong coaching and leadership skills with the ability to develop sales talent.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS and sales economics.
  • Familiarity with MEDDICC or similar sales methodologies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, occasionally stressful environment.
  • Ability to use AI tools to accelerate work, shorten iteration cycles, and improve ideas.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $184,000 to $276,000 USD.
  • Eligibility for annual cash bonus plan.
  • Variable compensation/OTE for sales and customer success roles.
  • Equity and sign-on payments may be included.
  • Comprehensive health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits, subject to eligibility.
  • Up to 10% travel for onboarding, client or partner work, team meetings, and industry events.
  • Flexible work coordination with travel planned in advance.
