Description

  • Serve as a trusted advisor for approximately 40 customers and support their long-term success.
  • Develop tailored success plans that drive adoption of the Klaviyo platform and help customers achieve goals.
  • Identify opportunities to recommend additional Klaviyo products that can increase customer revenue.
  • Proactively review customer performance, address open issues, and manage appropriate escalation.
  • Work cross-functionally with Onboarding, Customer Growth, and internal teams to solve customer challenges.
  • Set priorities and build plans to resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
  • Provide both strategic guidance and tactical support to customers.
  • Communicate with technical and non-technical end users across a wide range of technologies.
  • Share customer feedback with Product to inform product improvements and enhance engagement.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, customer-centric team culture and help transform workflows using AI.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer success experience.
  • Experience building and nurturing relationships with multiple stakeholders on an account at a time.
  • Experience explaining how to reach key goals using software to end users.
  • Experience in marketing or advising customers on marketing strategy.
  • Comfort discussing account renewals, upgrades, and cancellations.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills via phone, video conference, and email.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, G-Suite, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.
  • Track record managing customer relationships through Salesforce or a similar CRM.
  • Experience using email marketing platforms and e-commerce platforms is a plus.
  • Creative problem-solving skills for customers and end users.
  • Ability to adapt in a quickly changing environment.
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn.
  • Prior experimentation with AI in work or personal projects and interest in learning AI tools and workflows.
  • Role may require up to 10% travel.
  • Candidates should be able to use AI responsibly, including awareness of privacy, security, bias, and human-in-the-loop practices.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $72,000 to $108,000 USD.
  • Eligibility for the company’s annual cash bonus plan.
  • Variable compensation (OTE) for sales and customer success roles.
  • Equity and sign-on payments may be included in total compensation.

  • Flexible travel expectations, with travel coordinated in advance.
