Description

  • Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts by creating and executing multi-year account plans.
  • Identify whitespace opportunities and develop strategic roadmaps to drive expansion revenue.
  • Lead complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, procurement processes, and executive decision-making.
  • Manage deal strategy, negotiation, and closing for high-value, long-cycle opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  • Translate the product suite into measurable business outcomes and develop value propositions, business cases, and ROI models.
  • Partner with Customer Success to support onboarding, adoption, and ongoing value realization.
  • Monitor account usage trends and proactively address retention and growth risks.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and manage a robust expansion pipeline using data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to support customer needs and solution deployments.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of B2B sales or account management experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience focused on enterprise or large mid-market accounts.
  • Proven success managing long sales cycles and closing high-value, complex deals.
  • Experience engaging and selling to senior decision makers, including C-level stakeholders.
  • Experience selling SaaS or technology solutions into enterprise environments (preferred).
  • Strong track record of exceeding quota in complex, multi-threaded sales cycles (preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to build and execute strategic account plans (preferred).
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills (preferred).
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and sales forecasting methodologies (preferred).
  • Strong analytical and business acumen with the ability to articulate ROI and business value (preferred).
