Description

  • Design the client engagement and shape the proposal during pre-sales so the work lands effectively with the client.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery on assigned accounts, including day-to-day project management.
  • Manage weekly status updates, risks, issues, and stakeholder communication at the engagement level.
  • Own engagement P&L, budget management, margin, and billing accuracy.
  • Maintain the senior client relationship across executive, management, and operating levels.
  • Drive account growth through expansion ideas, renewals, managed services conversion, and cross-sell opportunities in partnership with Sales.
  • Manage change requests and enforce scope discipline.
  • Lead client conversations, including difficult escalations and turnaround situations.
  • Participate directly in delivery governance, including daily standups and steering committee meetings.
  • Build the playbook and, over time, help develop a PM cohort as the organization scales.

Requirements

  • 10+ years running complex client engagements in services or consulting at the EUR 1M+ scale.
  • Experience with senior-tier engagements at EUR 5M+ scale, including marquee fixed-fee work.
  • Proven ability to turn around troubled engagements and make difficult decisions.
  • Ability to walk into C-level meetings prepared and earn the room’s attention.
  • Ability to read code well enough to spot a bad estimate before it leaves the room.
  • Experience carrying day-to-day project management yourself today.
  • Daily use of AI tools for research, drafts, status, and pattern matching while preserving independent judgment.
  • Ability to push for the resources an engagement needs without creating unnecessary conflict.
  • Experience building repeatable ways of working or a playbook while running client work.
  • Preferred future-fit experience building and leading a PM team or cohort as the organization scales.
