Description

  • Proactively engage current customers to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and align solutions to customer needs.
  • Develop tailored account strategies, including regular check-ins and business reviews, to uncover opportunities and address challenges.
  • Monitor customer usage and adoption metrics to drive cross-sell, upsell, and expansion efforts.
  • Own sales targets and contribute to short-term and long-term revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams to deliver a smooth customer experience and implementation of new solutions.
  • Use Salesforce to manage leads, opportunities, and accounts and keep all interactions accurately logged.
  • Follow established sales processes to support account growth and revenue generation.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of B2B or B2C sales experience, ideally in a technology or SaaS environment.
  • A strong passion for sales and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
  • Motivated, coachable, and competitive with a resilient drive to succeed.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, especially Salesforce, to manage leads, opportunities, and accounts.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to create accurate sales forecasts.
