Description

  • Prospect new customers and develop new business opportunities within engineering sectors.
  • Manage existing account relationships that support active client projects.
  • Optimize business profitability across mid-size accounts.
  • Close service-based contracts, including fixed-price, delivery-based, and time-based consultant delegation agreements.
  • Define proposal and pricing strategies to win sales and support commercial objectives.
  • Continuously interview and match candidates to maintain qualified talent for current and future customer needs.
  • Organize and coordinate commercial relationships with partners.
  • Build close customer relationships and stay in regular contact with customer managers to identify needs and develop business opportunities.
  • Oversee consultant career development, including annual reviews and training.
  • Manage the team of engineering consultants and ensure customer satisfaction and project follow-up.
  • Track leads and sales performance in Salesforce.
  • Travel to existing and prospective customer sites to understand needs and develop solutions with technical team support as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MSc or BSc in engineering, business, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of work experience.
  • Experience in cold calling and targeted business prospecting is preferred.
  • Ability to build a network of relevant engineering contacts and customers.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong business relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed.
  • Ability to be coachable and adaptable in a changing environment.
