Description

  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting across phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified pipeline.
  • Research target accounts and buying committees using AI and sales intelligence tools such as Clay, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6Sense, and ZoomInfo.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads against the ideal customer profile, budget, authority, need, and timeline.
  • Nurture inbound leads and schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives.
  • Deliver complete handoff context to Account Executives, including pain points, stakeholder maps, and next steps.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, activity notes, and pipeline data in HubSpot.
  • Meet weekly and monthly KPIs for outreach volume, SQL generation, and meetings booked.
  • Track performance metrics and refine outreach strategy based on results.
  • Stay current on alternative investment industry trends, regulatory changes, and the competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to share field insights and inform targeting and positioning strategy.

Requirements

  • 1 to 2+ years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or inside sales role, ideally in B2B SaaS or fintech.
  • Experience selling into accounting firms or the alternative investment space is a plus.
  • A track record of consistent quota or activity attainment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort navigating complex buying environments with multiple stakeholders across accounting, finance, and operations.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot or a comparable CRM.
  • Experience with outbound tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or 6Sense.
  • Genuine curiosity about alternative investment and tax technology.
  • Self-starter mindset with strong organization, resilience, and ownership of pipeline.
  • Collaborative spirit and willingness to share insights with the team.
