Description

  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of Senior and Staff Developer Advocates across NAMER.
  • Set priorities, expectations, and workload distribution while balancing incoming demand against team capacity.
  • Own the end-to-end delivery of DevDays for enterprise accounts in NAMER.
  • Tailor DevDay engagements to customer domains and use cases, including AI agents, long-running workflows, CI/CD orchestration, and legacy migration.
  • Drive champion identification and structured follow-up after engagements to support durable adoption.
  • Own NAMER’s contribution to recurring enterprise programs such as Enterprise Office Hours.
  • Build and maintain reusable modules, labs, and decks that can be localized and reused by the team.
  • Partner with Sales, Solutions Architects, Developer Success, Product, Docs, Education, and Marketing to align advocacy work with business goals.
  • Qualify and prioritize requests based on ARR influence, opportunity stage, strategic value, and bandwidth.
  • Design and deliver technical sessions, build sample apps, and create enterprise-friendly content such as patterns, integration guides, recaps, and success stories.

Requirements

  • Experience in developer advocacy, solutions engineering, developer education, or technical community work, ideally in enterprise SaaS or a developer-first company.
  • People leadership experience, or clear readiness to step into a leadership role while still doing hands-on work.
  • Strong hands-on technical credibility with the ability to build, demo, and teach.
  • An operational, execution-first mindset with experience running repeatable programs and managing intake and prioritization.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions Architects, Developer Success, Product, and Marketing.
  • Ability to translate technical engagement into commercial impact.
  • Genuine passion for empowering developers and creating authentic, high-trust community experiences.
  • Familiarity with durable execution, workflow orchestration, or distributed systems such as Temporal is a strong plus.

  • Estimated pay range of $240,000 to $295,000.
