Description

  • Lead regional sales managers and their teams across EMEA and APAC while owning regional revenue performance and sales targets.
  • Conduct weekly pipeline inspections and deal reviews to improve pipeline quality, deal progression, forecast accuracy, and coverage.
  • Monitor sales KPIs such as pipeline generation, meeting activity, conversion rates, forecast accuracy, and revenue attainment, then take corrective action.
  • Drive adoption of JoVE’s sales methodology, CRM best practices, and operational standards across all regions.
  • Coach and manage sales leaders and teams through continuous feedback, performance management, and accountability.
  • Identify new growth opportunities by analyzing market trends, competitive dynamics, customer needs, territory performance, and whitespace.
  • Remove execution blockers and implement scalable initiatives that improve regional business performance and accelerate growth.
  • Partner with Customer Success leadership to increase renewals, expansion opportunities, account planning quality, and customer retention.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience leading sales teams in EdTech, SaaS, or STEM publishing industries.
  • 8+ years of experience managing sales leaders and consistently achieving revenue growth targets.
  • Strong expertise in pipeline management, forecasting, and sales performance management with a data-driven improvement mindset.
  • Proven ability to build, implement, and scale sales structures, processes, and strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and other sales productivity and CRM platforms.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience leading multi-country sales organizations is preferred.
