Description

  • Serve as the primary contact for prospects and customers in the Western United States region.
  • Build relationships with MROs, operators, and flight departments.
  • Present proposals for customer exchange, sale, and lease requirements for engines, APUs, and airframe components.
  • Identify and execute sale and purchase opportunities quickly.
  • Identify strategic partners for forward stocking of inventory.
  • Target customers with procurement needs that can be supported through JPL Supply Chain Solutions.
  • Present the JPL value proposition to prospective customers.
  • Develop creative revenue-generating solutions for customers.
  • Resolve customer discrepancies in a professional and timely manner.
  • Monitor market trends and attend domestic and international trade shows and conferences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3-5+ years of aviation sales experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of the private aviation sector and/or MRO space preferred.
  • Working knowledge of aircraft and engines.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively in person, by email, and by phone.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Highly organized, motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced sales cycle.
  • Domestic and international travel may be required, with travel expected at 50%+.

Benefits

  • Annual base salary of $105,000 to $115,000.
  • Eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus plan or incentive/sales bonus plan.
