Description

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and market growth goals.
  • Lead, coach, and empower regional vice presidents and enterprise sales teams.
  • Engage directly with strategic customers and executive stakeholders to close major deals and build long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Partners, Customer Success, RevOps, and Finance to align go-to-market execution.
  • Use analytics and insights to forecast performance, evaluate results, and adjust sales tactics.
  • Drive operational excellence in pipeline management, resource planning, and territory optimization.
  • Represent Saviynt at industry events, executive forums, and partner engagements.
  • Develop future leaders through mentorship and succession planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive enterprise software sales leadership experience.
  • Recent experience overseeing large, multi-region teams.
  • Proven success leading teams to exceed revenue goals in high-growth SaaS environments.
  • Must live in California.
  • Experience working in a second-line leadership role is preferred.
  • Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams is preferred.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
