Description

  • Collect market growth, product, and competition information and share insights with the team.
  • Analyze market volume and long-term sales targets with the Sales Manager and develop a territory sales calendar.
  • Identify and develop leads through networking, research, customer visits, dormant accounts, and other prospecting channels.
  • Visit new customers, introduce Technica, evaluate inquiries, document findings in CRM, and act on leads within 48 hours.
  • Prepare pre-trip plans, obtain approvals, coordinate travel arrangements, and submit post-trip reports for review.
  • Analyze opportunities and prepare gap analyses, including buyer, competition, and competitive edge assessments.
  • Participate in solution preparation with Sales Support to ensure customer fit, cost optimization, and partner coordination.
  • Prepare technical presentations and FAB tables, present offers to customers, negotiate terms, and close orders.
  • Ensure contract terms are aligned with partner agreements and approved by Finance, and monitor project progress.
  • Handle claims, support customer satisfaction, and participate in marketing activities, exhibitions, and events for the territory.
  • Support the sales team with network connections, offer preparation, technical presentations, negotiations, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales of industrial automation solutions.
  • Strong financial knowledge and understanding of the economic status of the territory.
  • Knowledge of solution offerings and partners’ products.
  • Strong negotiation, selling, market analysis, and competition knowledge.
  • Excellent bonding, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
  • Decision-making, prioritization, stress management, proactivity, and change management skills.
  • Willingness and availability to travel.
