Description

  • Acquire new clients through outbound prospecting and consultative selling.
  • Cross-sell and upsell existing clients into InstantPay and adjacent stablecoin solutions.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through demos, proposals, negotiation, pilots, implementation, and expansion.
  • Target and close mid-market and enterprise customers across the assigned region.
  • Sell to CFOs, Heads of Treasury, finance, and payments stakeholders by demonstrating FX savings, faster settlement, and operational benefits.
  • Build and manage territory plans, account strategies, and forecasts to hit quota.
  • Lead pilots and coordinate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Customer Success, and stablecoin/custody partners for smooth onboarding and secure settlement.
  • Provide customer feedback to Product and Engineering to help evolve features and integrations.
  • Work with Partnerships and Legal on regulated stablecoin issuers, custody providers, and infrastructure partners.
  • Develop go-to-market plays, including pricing, packaging, vertical motions, and demand-generation support with Marketing.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of closing mid-market and enterprise deals.
  • Prior quota-bearing Account Executive experience preferred.
  • Direct experience selling stablecoin, crypto payments, blockchain, or crypto infrastructure, or deep experience in cross-border payments, FX, and treasury products.
  • Strong understanding of regulated stablecoin models, custody, rails, counterparty risk, and KYC/KYB/compliance requirements.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
  • Experience selling to senior finance leaders such as CFOs and Heads of Treasury.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise procurement processes.
  • Strong consultative selling skills, including financial modeling, ROI presentation, and commercial contract negotiation.
  • A network of B2B relationships in exporters/importers, e-commerce, logistics, or SaaS is preferred.
  • Comfort working in a high-velocity startup environment with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or equivalent.
