Description

  • Arrange meetings between sales representatives and customers or prospects to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Work assigned enterprise customers and prospects to uncover new business, cross-sell, and up-sell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to tailor messaging for target accounts and personas.
  • Record necessary information and meeting outcomes accurately in the CRM system.
  • Use marketing campaigns and activities to support customer engagement and guide prospects through the buying journey.
  • Assess customer sales readiness using multiple data points.
  • Map customers to identify goals, financials, and key personas.
  • Create introductory and follow-up outreach emails that add value throughout the engagement.
  • Make outbound calls to prospects and customers.
  • Use social media and third-party data to identify and develop new sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • Interest in building a career in marketing or sales and gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in the UK market.
  • Strong comfort interacting with people using technology.
  • Ability to analyze behavioral patterns and customer data.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused approach.
  • Experience with Drift, Salesforce.com, 6Sense, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, or Outreach is a plus, but not required.
  • Experience with a large portfolio of products and the ability to understand the IT challenges they solve is preferred.
  • Confidence making outbound calls is expected.
