Description

  • Prospect, educate, and develop leads through outbound outreach to book meetings and create qualified sales opportunities.
  • Research priority accounts and identify key decision-makers using daily buying signals to personalize outreach.
  • Execute consistent outreach across email, phone, and LinkedIn to connect with prospects across Marketing, Product, and Growth teams.
  • Work closely with assigned Account Executive(s) to share discovery details and ensure a seamless handoff for booked meetings.
  • Use and learn core sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and data tools to find prospects.
  • Move quickly, stay organized, and consistently meet monthly quotas for completed meetings and qualified pipeline.
  • Participate in sales trainings and onboarding programs to improve prospecting, communication, and sales skills.
  • Share insights from customer conversations with the broader team to improve messaging and sales processes.

Requirements

  • 1–2+ years of professional working experience, with SaaS or corporate experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly with corporate professionals.
  • A growth mindset with motivation, resilience, and eagerness to learn the fundamentals of a sales career.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail, including maintaining clean account data in Salesforce and following a structured outreach process.
  • Critical thinking and curiosity about data, technology, and how modern companies operate.
  • A collaborative, team-oriented approach.
  • Familiarity with email marketing, CRM, or marketing automation tools is a plus.
  • Outbound-focused sales or customer-facing experience, such as retail, hospitality, or customer service, is a plus.

  • Average annual cash compensation of $62,000, including hourly base pay of $29.80 and target variable pay of $24,000.
