Description

  • Prospect and qualify potential customers within an assigned geographic territory using sales and lead generation tools.
  • Develop corporate customer prospects through direct telephone outreach and email campaigns.
  • Coordinate with Regional Sales Directors to identify potential customers, qualify leads, and schedule presentations.
  • Review leads weekly, track new opportunities and field sales intelligence, and generate activity reports.
  • Stay informed on new products and services through sales training and self-study.
  • Manage a high-volume pipeline with strong self-discipline and time management.
  • Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals and production targets.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of SDR experience in a fast-paced, goal-oriented startup environment, ideally in networking or security.
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed quarterly quotas.
  • Strong strategic thinking and tactical execution skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong computer, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com, Outreach, Discovering, or similar SDR productivity tools.
  • Ability to travel to trade shows when needed, approximately 1-2 times per year.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent higher education.
  • English fluency is required.
