Description

  • Sell RxVantage Enterprise services into a portfolio of up to 30 life sciences companies.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to win new business and expand existing accounts.
  • Define and propose growth opportunities within prospective and current clients.
  • Identify and target key stakeholders and decision makers across commercial functions.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline with a clear path to close and accurate forecasting.
  • Ensure clients view RxVantage as a strategic partner throughout the sales process and relationship.
  • Partner with the Life Sciences Customer Success team to uncover expansion opportunities and deliver an outstanding client experience.
  • Act as an internal coach and mentor by providing direction, guidance, and feedback to the team.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of business development experience selling SaaS, technology, and/or data into life sciences companies.
  • Experience selling into pharma, biotech, and/or medical device organizations.
  • Strong relationships with US commercial leaders across the industry.
  • Proven history of consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • Understanding of ethics and compliance in the life sciences industry.
  • Strong business strategy and analytical skills, including expert-level interpretation of relevant metrics.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or another CRM.
  • Experience writing, reviewing, and responding to life sciences RFPs.
  • Experience managing contracts, including MSAs and SOWs.
  • Experience developing and executing complex business strategies for life sciences clients.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-demand startup environment.
