Description

  • Partner with marketing operations, sales, customer success, and outbound ADR teams to align on strategy, messaging, timelines, processes, and KPIs.
  • Develop demand generation programs for multi-persona buying groups across operations, safety, finance, and executive stakeholders.
  • Translate ICP insights into targeted messaging, offers, and campaign orchestration across the buyer journey.
  • Lead the demand generation team and manage programs across channels and the full customer journey.
  • Design and execute demand generation strategy and tactics to create and capture demand.
  • Set goals and project plans that align demand generation efforts to company objectives.
  • Track, analyze, and report on booked meetings, opportunities, pipeline, and revenue using attribution and performance data.
  • Advise on campaign effectiveness, future direction, and budget allocation.
  • Lead ABM strategy for target ICP accounts, including segmentation, channel selection, audience actions, sales actions, and performance measurement.
  • Design and run experiments across channels, messaging, offers, and audiences, then apply learnings to future programs.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations to maintain clean data, attribution integrity, funnel visibility, and consistent definitions across teams.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing with increasing ownership of outcomes.
  • Proven track record of pipeline performance, campaign execution, and performance analysis.
  • Experience managing budgets accurately and to the penny.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation versus demand generation strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience creating and capturing demand in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong project management and peer management skills in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
  • Excellent communication and change management skills to educate internal teams and drive execution.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Pardot, or similar tools.
  • High comfort level with Salesforce and the ability to build critical reports.
  • Experience with CRM, intent data, and attribution tools such as HubSpot/Marketo, Salesforce, attribution platforms, and intent data tools is required.
  • Preferred or aligned with values of customer obsession, innovation, ownership, and accountability.

  • $110,000-$115,000 base salary plus bonus.
