Description

  • Own the post-launch go-to-market strategy and growth motion for HubSpot AEO.
  • Develop and execute AEO tactics that improve visibility, citations, and brand presence across answer engines.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Growth, Media, Web Strategy, International, Product, and Analytics teams to align priorities and execution.
  • Design and run experiments across content, owned media, creators, partnerships, and review platforms to identify scalable growth opportunities.
  • Translate experiment findings into repeatable playbooks, future campaign strategy, and product recommendations.
  • Build reporting frameworks that connect AEO visibility to demand outcomes.
  • Champion AI automation to improve marketing efficiency, experimentation velocity, and reporting workflows.
  • Contribute strategic insights and operational best practices to HubSpot’s broader AI-era search strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, SEO, AEO, product marketing, or related digital growth roles.
  • Deep understanding of content strategy, search behavior, and AI-driven discovery trends.
  • Strong expertise in SEO and answer engine optimization, including how AEO differs from traditional SEO and where they intersect.
  • Experience improving brand visibility across answer engines such as ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, and Claude.
  • Experience leading or materially shaping GTM strategy for a product, feature, or growth program, including launch planning, stakeholder alignment, and performance measurement.
  • Experience collaborating in highly cross-functional environments with Marketing, Product, and Analytics teams.
  • Strong analytical and storytelling skills with the ability to translate performance data into strategic recommendations.
  • Strong experimentation mindset with experience designing, executing, and analyzing growth experiments.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to improve execution quality, efficiency, and decision-making.
  • Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Looker, Ahrefs, Hex, analytics platforms, or AEO tracking tools.
  • Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with evolving priorities.
  • Experience contributing to product roadmap discussions or feature prioritization is preferred.
  • Experience building internal tools, workflows, or automation systems to improve team productivity is preferred.
  • Experience scaling international or localized growth programs is preferred.

Benefits

  • Annual cash compensation range of $92,000 to $138,000 USD.
  • Potential eligibility for annual bonus targets and on-target commission in eligible roles.
  • Potential eligibility for HubSpot’s equity plan with restricted stock units (RSUs) in some roles.
  • Remote work preference eligibility in North America.
  • No regular travel expected.
