Description

  • Define and manage the overall revenue strategy for Fingera, including sales plans, forecasts, objectives, and revenue targets.
  • Own sales performance and revenue predictability through forecast accuracy, pipeline coverage, and governance.
  • Drive new customer revenue by generating and evaluating pipeline, securing SQLs with marketing, developing partners, and improving the lead-to-deal conversion funnel.
  • Grow revenue from existing customers through upsell and cross-sell activities, revenue campaigns, and ownership of the Zoho customer portal.
  • Lead pricing and monetization decisions, including pricing tiers, packages, commercial terms, contracts, price lists, and discount policy.
  • Own and develop sales operations tools and data quality across CRM, BI, and performance management systems.
  • Analyze sales metrics such as average deal size, time to deal, conversion rate, and CAC.
  • Build and manage the sales team, including hiring, team structure, development, performance management, and compensation plans.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with support, product management, and partners to bring market feedback into product strategy.
  • Support KPI tracking and continuous improvement across revenue growth, win rate, pipeline coverage, forecast accuracy, CAC, and average deal size.

Requirements

  • Senior experience in B2B sales leadership, ideally in SaaS.
  • Demonstrable results in scaling sales and achieving revenue goals in a technology or SaaS company.
  • Experience managing the full revenue cycle, including new business, expansion, retention, and pricing.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven thinking with the ability to manage teams through metrics and KPIs.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems, ideally Zoho, and BI tools such as Qlik.
  • Experience with performance management tools.
  • Experience building and leading sales teams, including setting up compensation plans.
  • Experience with partner or channel sales models is an advantage.
  • Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach.
  • Fluent Slovak or Czech and English, with business negotiation and strategic communication ability.
  • Willingness to travel according to business needs.
  • Experience with HR-tech, access control, attendance systems, or biometrics is nice to have.
  • Experience scaling sales in international markets is preferred.
  • Experience with pricing strategy and monetization models is preferred.
  • Experience defining key objectives and tracking metrics is preferred.
