Description

  • Lead a book of CRO client accounts and own performance, retention, and growth outcomes across the portfolio.
  • Guide strategic decisions, identify growth opportunities, evaluate risks, and align the team on action plans.
  • Manage and coach account managers, developers, designers, and other pod members through indirect leadership.
  • Use data analysis and testing insights to present recommendations and drive business improvements for clients.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, performance updates, and actionable recommendations.
  • Drive rapid experimentation and optimization efforts to improve conversion rates and e-commerce performance.
  • Ensure daily use and compliance with internal tools and systems, including Iris, nova, Pulse, and Power Circuit.
  • Demonstrate proficiency across ecommerce platforms and a cross-channel marketing approach.
  • Provide timely feedback, mentorship, and performance guidance to team members and leadership.
  • Support additional accounts or projects as needed by department and company leadership.
  • Use AI technologies to improve and optimize business processes.
  • Expand services and contribute to new business or pipeline growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
  • Experience speaking to business-level metrics such as LTV:CAC and MER.
  • Campaign leadership experience across end-to-end multi-channel campaign development, including strategy, segmentation, and targeting.
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and develop relationships with executive-level contacts.
  • Experience functioning as both a marketing consultant and a business consultant for clients.
  • Highly dependable self-starter with strong organization and time management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for problem-solving, continuous learning, and personal development.
  • Experience with A/B testing and maintaining an active testing cadence.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a pod and across departments.
  • Experience using CRO tools and technologies effectively to support process and outcome improvements.
