Description

  • Lead a book of CRO client accounts and drive organizational growth through strategic account management.
  • Provide indirect leadership, coaching, and support to account managers, developers, designers, and other pod members.
  • Guide strategic decisions, define growth initiatives, and align the team around actionable plans and goals.
  • Analyze client performance data, identify key business metrics, and present insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Manage client communication, gather feedback, share performance updates, and support informed decision-making.
  • Drive experimentation and optimization efforts to improve e-commerce and conversion outcomes.
  • Ensure consistent use of proprietary tools and systems, including Iris, nova, Pulse, and Power Circuit.
  • Maintain compliance and timely delivery across the department and managed accounts.
  • Lead by example through team coaching, feedback, and servant leadership.
  • Support service expansion ideation and step into other accounts when needed.
  • Use AI technologies and the Nova ecosystem to improve business processes and department performance.

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
  • Experience managing a client portfolio of approximately 8-9 accounts or $55K+ in monthly recurring revenue is preferred.
  • Experience speaking to business-level metrics such as LTV:CAC and MER.
  • Campaign leadership experience across end-to-end multi-channel campaign development, including strategy, segmentation, and targeting.
  • Ability to build rapport and develop relationships with executive-level contacts quickly.
  • Experience functioning as both a marketing consultant and a business consultant for clients.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Highly dependable, self-starting, energetic, and positive with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Passion for problem-solving, continued learning, and personal development.
  • Experience executing A/B tests, maintaining testing velocity, and adapting strategies based on test results.
  • Experience with CRO tools and technologies, as well as ecommerce platforms such as Shopify and Wordpress.
