Description

  • Lead a book of CRO clients and oversee account performance, growth, and retention.
  • Provide strategic leadership for UI/UX designers, developers, and account managers through coaching and indirect management.
  • Use data analysis and analytics tools to identify business growth opportunities and present insights to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication, regular updates, and actionable recommendations.
  • Drive experimentation and optimization efforts, including A/B testing, to improve conversion rates and e-commerce performance.
  • Ensure daily use and compliance with Power Digital tools and systems, including Iris, nova, Pulse, and Power Circuit.
  • Support service expansion efforts and contribute ideas for new growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate across teams and step in to lead additional accounts when needed.
  • Employ AI technologies and leverage the Nova ecosystem to improve workflows and department performance.
  • Deliver timely feedback to team members and leadership to support team development and performance management.

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
  • Experience managing a client portfolio of approximately 8-9 accounts or $55K+ in monthly recurring revenue.
  • Experience speaking to business-level metrics such as LTV:CAC and MER.
  • Experience leading end-to-end campaign development in a multi-channel environment, including strategy, segmentation, and targeting.
  • Ability to build rapport and develop relationships with executive-level stakeholders quickly.
  • Demonstrated ability to function as both a marketing consultant and a business consultant for clients.
  • Strong organization, time management, and self-starter skills with a positive, dependable, high-energy approach.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for problem-solving, continuous learning, and personal development.
  • Proficiency with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify and WordPress.
  • Experience executing A/B tests, maintaining testing velocity, and adapting strategies based on test results.
  • Experience with CRO tools and technologies, as well as documentation and reporting of CRO results.
  • Preferred ability to work with AI technologies and proprietary marketing platforms or ecosystems.
