Description

  • Conduct detailed research on prospective clients, including their brand, positioning, marketing activity, and service fit.
  • Build targeted prospect lists using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other prospecting tools.
  • Create highly personalized outbound messages through LinkedIn and email.
  • Write medium-to-high-level sales copy focused on personalization, clarity, and conversion.
  • Initiate, manage, and follow up on outbound conversations with potential clients.
  • Qualify prospects against predefined criteria before booking discovery meetings.
  • Book and schedule discovery meetings for the Sales Team.
  • Lead initial discovery conversations when required, with training provided.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and outreach activity in HubSpot.
  • Manage sequences and outreach flows in HubSpot while keeping a personalization-first approach.
  • Test and optimize outreach messaging to improve reply and booking rates.
  • Track outreach KPIs, report on performance, and contribute ideas to improve outbound systems and strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an outbound SDR role, with 2 years preferred.
  • Proven experience generating leads from scratch through cold outreach.
  • Experience in a marketing agency or selling marketing services is a strong advantage.
  • Strong research skills and the ability to personalize outreach based on prospect insights.
  • Medium-to-high-level copywriting skills for sales outreach.
  • C1-level or equivalent English proficiency; native fluency is not required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with Apollo, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is strongly preferred.
  • A completed higher education degree is considered a strong advantage.
  • Must be available and responsive during office hours, Monday to Friday, 3–6 PM BCN time.
  • Must be able to work 30–35 hours per week, totaling about 140 hours per month.
  • Must have a stable internet connection and a laptop or PC.
  • Must be open to feedback, constructive criticism, and continuous improvement.

Benefits

  • Fixed-rate monthly salary paid in USD.
  • Full-time contractor status after signing the non-disclosure agreement.
  • First two months paid as a trial-and-adaptation period at full rate.
  • Regular performance reviews every 9–12 months, with the first review after 3–6 months.
  • Exclusivity agreement during employment, which prevents working in a similar role at the same time.
