Description

  • Identify and engage prospects within target accounts through research and personalized outreach.
  • Start high-quality conversations focused on prospect needs, pains, and business goals.
  • Act as the first point of contact for prospects while representing the company’s values.
  • Work closely with Enterprise Account Executives and Marketing to align on account strategy and messaging.
  • Share insights from prospect conversations to improve go-to-market strategy and customer relevance.
  • Maintain accurate outreach, research, and engagement records in Salesforce.
  • Experiment with messaging, channels, and outreach approaches to improve response and conversion rates.
  • Attend events on-site as needed and engage with prospects and customers alongside the team.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in sales or sales development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German.
  • Ability to engage prospects in a thoughtful and consultative way.
  • Basic comfort using sales tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach.
  • Based in Europe and able to work across EMEA time zones.
  • Genuine interest in technology, ecommerce, and helping businesses solve complex challenges.
  • Understanding of MEDDPICC is a plus.
  • Self-starter with a passion for both technology and people.
