Description

  • Research prospective clients’ brands, positioning, marketing activity, and service fit.
  • Build targeted prospect lists using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other prospecting tools.
  • Create highly personalized outbound messages for LinkedIn and email without relying on mass-template automation.
  • Write medium-to-high-level sales copy focused on personalization, clarity, and conversion.
  • Initiate, manage, and nurture outbound conversations with potential clients.
  • Qualify prospects against predefined criteria before booking discovery meetings.
  • Book and schedule discovery meetings for the sales team.
  • Lead initial discovery conversations when required, with training provided.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and manage outreach sequences in HubSpot.
  • Track outreach KPIs, report on performance metrics, and optimize messaging and outreach flows.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Service to align messaging, targeting, and handoff processes.
  • Stay current on digital marketing and e-commerce trends and contribute ideas to improve outbound strategy.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in an outbound SDR role, with 2 years preferred.
  • Proven experience generating leads from scratch through cold outreach.
  • Prior experience in a marketing agency or digital services environment is strongly preferred.
  • Strong research skills and the ability to personalize outreach based on prospect insights.
  • Medium-to-high-level copywriting skills for sales outreach.
  • Confidence to lead or support discovery conversations with prospects.
  • C1-level English proficiency or equivalent; native English is not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with Apollo, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is strongly preferred.
  • A completed higher education degree is a strong advantage.
  • Must be available during office hours Monday to Friday, 3–6 PM BCN time.
  • Must consistently work 30–35 hours per week, totaling about 140 hours per month.
  • Must have a stable internet connection and a laptop or PC.
  • Must be open to feedback, constructive criticism, and continuous improvement.

  • Fixed-rate monthly salary paid in USD.
  • Contractor status after signing the non-disclosure agreement.
  • Full-rate paid trial and adaptation period for the first two months.
  • Regular performance reviews every 9–12 months, with the first review after 3–6 months.
  • Opportunity to work in a fully outbound role with ownership over prospecting and pipeline creation.
